1. Acceptance of these terms
This site is operated by the 都一处 (Duyichu) restaurant, No. 36 Qianmen Street, Dongcheng, Beijing, and is published with its authorisation. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Using the site
The site is offered for your personal, non-commercial use — to learn about the house, its shaomai and its heritage, to plan a visit, and to make a reservation or gift enquiry. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means or scrape it at scale, probe its security, or use it unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
3. Your account
If you create an account, please give accurate details and keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us at once of any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or used unlawfully. How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Our name, trademarks and content
The name 都一处, the imperial plaque, our logos, photographs, illustrations and text are the property of the house or are used with permission, and are protected by trademark and copyright. You may view and share links to the site, but please do not copy, reproduce, or use our names, marks or content commercially without our written consent.
5. Reservations
A booking made through this site is a request, not a guarantee, until the house confirms it by e-mail or phone. Please arrive within your reserved window; during busy service a table may be released after a short grace period. If your plans change, let us know so we can offer the table to others.
6. Gifts and orders
Prices and availability shown for gift items are indicative and may change. Online payment is not enabled — nothing is charged through this website; a gift enquiry is arranged and paid with the house directly. For perishable items, returns or exchanges are handled by the house on a case-by-case basis, and faulty goods will be put right; nothing here affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived.
7. Accuracy of information
We take care that everything here — hours, addresses, history, prices — is correct, but details change and small errors happen. Content is provided for general information and may be updated at any time. If something looks wrong, please tell us and we will fix it.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to other sites (maps, official notices, our social channels), we do so for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Availability and liability
