Accessibility

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making 都一处 (Duyichu)'s website accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as part of the craft of the site, not an afterthought, and we improve it as the site evolves.

2. Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as a practical standard. The everyday pages — menu, visit, reservations, the shop, and these policy pages — are built to that target. Some cinematic pages are partially conformant: parts do not yet fully meet it, as noted under Known limitations below. “Partially conformant” means some content does not fully conform to the standard.

3. Scope

This statement applies to the website at this domain (the pages served under duyichu). It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as map providers or official government notices, which have their own accessibility practices.

4. What we build in

• Keyboard access — the menu, drawers, forms and links can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone; Esc closes overlays.
• Reduced motion — if your system requests reduced motion, the cinematic transitions, parallax, auto-rotating 3D and the drifting filmstrip are stilled; the full site is delivered calm and readable, with nothing moving.
• Structure & labels — pages use meaningful headings and landmarks, images carry text descriptions, and interactive controls have accessible names for screen readers.
• Language — the site is offered in eight languages, and each page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
• Contrast & scaling — we aim for legible contrast, and a layout that reflows when you zoom the page or use a small screen.

5. Known limitations

We would rather be honest than claim perfection. We are aware of the following and are working on them:

• Immersive 3D and WebGL scenes — the interactive tour, the turning shaomai, and the molten plaque are visual experiences that are hard to convey through a screen reader. Each has a still or text fallback, and none carries information you cannot also get in words elsewhere on the site.
• The hero film and pixel-art heritage story — these are image-led; their meaning is repeated in the page's text, but the imagery itself is decorative to a screen reader.
• Language coverage — a few of the newest pages, including parts of these legal documents, are currently in English while translations are prepared.

7. How we assess this site

This statement is based on our own review of the site against WCAG 2.1 AA, using a combination of manual keyboard and screen-reader testing and browser accessibility tools. It was last reviewed in August 2026 and is updated as the site improves. A formal third-party audit is recommended before a full public launch.

4. 我们内建的功能

• 减弱动态效果——若您的系统请求减弱动态效果，则影院式转场、视差、自动旋转的 3D 以及缓缓飘移的胶片带都会静止；整个网站以平静、易读的方式呈现，不含任何移动的元素。
• 结构与标签——页面使用有意义的标题和地标，图像附有文字说明，交互控件为屏幕阅读器提供无障碍名称。
• 语言——本网站提供八种语言，且每个页面都会声明其语言，以便屏幕阅读器正确发音。
• 对比度与缩放——我们力求清晰易读的对比度，以及在您缩放页面或使用小屏幕时能够重新排布的布局。

5. 已知限制

我们宁愿坦诚相告，也不愿声称尽善尽美。我们已知悉以下问题，并正着手改进：

• 沉浸式 3D 与 WebGL 场景——交互式游览、旋转的烧麦以及熔融的匾额均为难以通过屏幕阅读器传达的视觉体验。每一项都提供静态图或文字替代内容，且其中没有任何信息是您无法在网站其他地方以文字形式获取的。
• 主视觉影片与像素艺术传承故事——这些内容以图像为主导；其含义已在页面文字中重述，但图像本身对屏幕阅读器而言仅为装饰。
• 语言覆盖范围——少数最新页面，包括这些法律文件的部分内容，目前为英文，翻译工作正在筹备中。
